A warm room… + do Christians really sing lies?
Hey there…
Well, today has been an interesting one so far… I woke up, got out of bed, went to take a shower and found out we had no hot water, then walked around our freezing house, and figured I may as well finish that book that I’m orating for someone. It was then that I walked into the studio room and was relieved to find out that it is very warm in here. I wondered why, because it’s cold outside, and the rest of the house is cold.. we don’t have our furnace running because it hasn’t gotten this cold yet, but this room is so warm that some people would be quite uncomfortable in here. I soon figured out what the cause was, one of the walls of this room is mostly a big sliding window that faces where the sun rises. It’s sort of a greenhouse effect on the room, and it is very nice… I just want to sit up here, so I am.

That’s not worship… your heart is not truly fixed on God. Now this is the problem, how do we know if our heart is truly fixed on God or not? Many times during worship some of us spend the whole time trying to figure out if we are truly worshiping or not, when we sing a line from a song we stop and diagnose our entire life to see if every word lines up with it… guys, that’s not worship either.
