I need to work on that… so it may be a while before I write again. It depends on how fast I get some work done that I need to get done. I’ve been saying that I need to stop being lazy and not really doing anything about it… just expecting God to zap me and then I’ll magically change. It’s like asking God to make a road from point A to point B, and then not trusting Him enough to walk in it. God has spoken to me, “Stop asking me to make you more diligent, I have put it in you, and you only have yourself to blame for not taking it.” It’s like the road is placed before me and I’ve been sitting there like I don’t have the ability to walk or something… God already gave me the legs, and made the way and He’s saying “Walk in it.” So, I’m gonna stop giving Him so little to work with, I could be doing much more and it’s about time I take seriously things like work.

I may not write entries for a while, I may continue to write regularly, but the point is… I know that I have more important things to do and I haven’t been putting them first. Now I’m going to, so I’m not going to be here unless I’ve gotten them done first. So yeah, take God’s advice and be diligent with what He places before you. You may not realize it but the work He gives you is a serious privilege and it won’t last forever. We can always goof off and do things that don’t matter, but we will not always be able to do things that matter and affect the world in a good way, goof off and have fun, but do it on your free time, and take advantage of every chance to do something serious and real for God. Not out of frustration with your failures, but out of Love for Him, and an understanding of the significance of what you’re doing.
